I worked at Brown-Forman as an internRecommendsPositive OutlookRecommendsPositive Outlook
The company offers an extremely stimulating environment with multiple benefits as an intern. Get as involved as you can, and meet as many upper lever employees as possible. Don't hesitate to ask someone to lunch, they're typically willing to talk to an intern about their job and how to pursue careers.
There honestly weren't any blatant downsides to interning at Brown-Forman. The only suggestion I have is to wait an apply for an internship position after you turn 21 so you can enjoy all of the benefits that Brown-Forman has to offer.
Advice to Management
The management was kind and welcoming. Always wanted to help their interns and educate them on how they can further their career.
