I have been working at CACI International full-time (more than 8 years)

Great coworkers salary is ok. Good benefits.

Very reluctant to order tools and supplies. Too conscious about their own image. Very little room for employees to grow. Very little interaction with management. If you are looking for a place where you can be part of a team. I would say to look elsewhere. You can probably do better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More interaction with employees. Get to know the workers better and get a sense of what is going on in their lives. Take an interest in them not just as an employee number but as real people, part of a family. When people feel satisified about their jobs their production will increase as well.
