    Pros

Opportunity to work globally; get exposure to international business through work in Canada and Europe. Flexible geographic location possible with CGI.

    Cons

They are a consulting business and treat employees as commodities or inventory to be sold; they are very short term focused so don't plan for the future. If they have a need for more people because of a job today, they hire; if that job is gone, they fire. There isn't any long term plan to keep the most valuable people to be able to do great work in the future.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior leadership should focus more on long term strategy and growth for the company than quarter to quarter revenues and profitability. Since it is a consulting firm and a consulting firm is 100% the people, place more value on the employees and the revenues and profitability will follow.
