Detailed sales plans provided with plenty of flexibility to do the right thing for the client & the store needs. Plenty of cash incentives provided to make - and beat - sales plan goals. Annual reviews and merit raises. Field training available when needed.
Sometimes forced to use vacation when inconvenient. Unable to accrue more than two weeks vacation at a time. A variety of tools provided to employees - some very efficient and some poorly implemented so very inefficient. Supervisors overloaded so little support at times.
Advice to Management
Promote from within. Place persons in positions of responsibility who understand the clients, customers, and demographics. Value your older workers for their maturity, experience, and communications skills. You won't always be young either. What goes around comes around.
