I worked at CafePress full-time (more than 3 years)

Cafepress used to be an awesome company. I worked there before the current ills of the company. I will admit to being one of the people who left because of Bob Marino, who in one All-Hands meeting stated point blank that you were either with us or against us.

Prior to Mr. Marino's takeover, Cafepress was cool because:
    - you could learn a ton
    - there were fantastic peers in engineering who cared
    - fun work environment with interesting people
    - great ability to move around and build your resume

    - way underpaid compared to other companies (but ability to learn made up for it)
    - no bonuses in sight for anyone below C-level
    - poor communication from upper management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I don't know that the company can be turned around at this point unless they fire Marino and rebuild the company in California. It seems Cafepress went public just to make the execs rich and screw everybody else.
