Management wants to see you grow professionally
    great annual bonuses and raises
if you fit in with the culture it is a great place
free access to all Cameron gyms at no cost/plenty of exercise/wellness classes offered (zumba, yoga, cardio kickboxing, etc)

Communication from management is pretty much non existent, you will hear about change after you get word from others in the office or after an email is sent to the entire company

Unappreciative employees mess up good things for the entire group at times

Pay is on low end versus other oil and gas companies

you always hear about layoffs in different areas locally/globally, even when things seem to be going good

Out-sourcing jobs always seems to be in the works

    Advice to Management

enforce professionalism in the workplace (ie. dress code, mannerisms)
    establish protocol for positions
    Communicate to employees better
