A lot of social events and off-sites, minimal travel should you wish to remain local. A lot of the clients are big name banks which would look good for the experience. The salary is pretty decent considering the roles are not demanding.

Tricky politics when it comes to driving your career can be frustrating. There are a core group of individuals that 'control' the progression of individuals in the appraisal process. The development of the workforce is more afterthought as the in house courses seem to cover basics. Considering the day rates the clients are not getting the value in terms of actual consulting. The management team on accounts are coasting and therefore not interested in aiding junior members. Associates are little more than minute takers. If you're over the age of 30 you will feel too old for this place.

    Advice to Management

Bring quality over quantity and assess the development of the workforce. Stop asking people to write in favorable reviews to boost the ratings. Stop with the 'Family' rhetoric.
