I worked at Capco full-time for more than 3 yearsPros
Some great people, but getting fewer.
As most of the other reviews have said, Capco is incredibly cliquey and despite once having a clear strategy to become a true consultancy has now gone completely off the rails. The work is mostly bodyshopping with little attention paid to a persons skills and no understanding of developing propositions to take to market, they simple do whatever they are told - pure bodyshopping. Despite this, there is constant noise about how "innovative" the company is with multiple emails from management trying to reinforce this. The truth - there has been zero innovation in action in the company with the exception of people using brighter colours in presentation. The lack of leadership is shocking, with the partners each in their own world and no common vision.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Stop taking and start doing.
Talk to your people and actually listen. Stop asking for feedback and then both not acting on it and not sharing the results.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
