I have been working at Capital One part-time (more than an year)

Size is big. Uniformity across the footprint. Technologically advanced.

Too much bureaucracy. High-sounding nonsense. Those who can BS, make it big. The quite ones, not a chance! Very little diversity beyond mid-level management. Jargonism rules. No career pathing. One has to blow one's own horn. One comes across people of color often complaining that they are kept behind since those at the helm would not work for their advancement and not allow them to move forward. The management often boosts about diversity - yes, there's plenty to be found at the lower level but not much when it comes to management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop BS-ing. Work for better benefits. Make selection process fair and just. Given accented and colored folks a chance to thrive. Don't have to run a million projects at one and the same time. Take it easy on over-engineering.
