I worked at CareOne as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

McDonald's is next door and the covered parking.

    Cons

Micromanagement, working in fear that you will be fired, feels like a prison, nobody talks to anybody during the work day, you sit down in the morning and you leave at 5:30, you're every move is being watched and possibly recorded so don't even think about answering that text, MICROMANAGEMENT! I wasn't there long enough to give more negatives. This place will make you lose your mind in a very short period of time. In general, the environment and values here are all wrong and that is why this place just sucks. I had the freedom to walk out...sadly some cannot do that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Micromanagement does not work...that is the first thing you will learn at a reputable business school. Respect your employees and they will give you the best results. You have to realize that the employee is not the enemy and that everybody is on the same page and wants to succeed. This place needs an overhaul that's all I can say.
