    Pros

    Big company; Lots of opportunities especially if you're mobile; Good benefits; Union environment

    Cons

    Can feel like a number; Job postings are vague and it's difficult to find more information; Starting pay can vary greatly for the same position and responsibilities; CBA means the same wage even if you're doing better than everyone else

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Your demands on your supervisors leaves your front line employees unsupported. New people cannot do quality work with your complex systems for over 6 months. Your process for finding and developing the next leaders inside the company is becoming more structured and that should be promoted more within the company.
