    Very team oriented

    30 day sabbatical after just 5 years of continued employment.

    Very diverse work-staff

    Cons

    Mind-boggling number of meetings

    Low starting salary that marginally increase- all structured to keep employees as lifers except for those who prioritize money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Less meeting as volunteering or being called to be on a project takes one away from their core function for a significant amount of time during the day, week, and months. That does not even include all the emails. Project managers must not lose scope of the production-side's need to simply work versus getting caught up in long-winded meetings.

    increase the pay to a competitive level….marginal increase force those who love the company to transfer out of their department in order to realize a legitimate pay increase.
