Former Employee - Test Engineer II in Phoenix, AZ

I worked at Choice Hotels full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Work life balance. Nice facilities. Family type environment.

    Cons

Below average compensation. No bonus except for managers and directors. Too many contractors. No clear vision. Constance reorgs. t CIO is not very competent. Not many growth opportunities. Cliques exist in the IT Phoenix office and only the one with connections can go up the ladder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a vision. Make Choice what it used to be "a place people retired from"
