I have been working at Ciber full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Commute. The distance to the client site is manageable.

    Cons

Lack of response from the delivery management team. HR forgot what the H represents. Too many layers between those who are doing the work and those who are making the decisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Honesty is always the best policy. It isn't the people at corporate or the branch offices that are contributing to the bottom line, it is those people who are onsite doing the day-to-day delivery who should be rewarded. Insist that management treat every resource with respect. Respect your employees, rather than ignoring them and hoping they will go away.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
