    Pros

    - Easy to move around since the company is so large
    - Different organizations so you have the opportunity to develop and grow in your career
    - Wellness/health programs for employees

    Cons

    - Leadership is often those that are not experienced enough to affect real change
    - Hard work and great performance is not always recognized
    - It is almost impossible to get a decent pay raise that matches your skill set or experience once you are an employee
    - Performance is not based on quantitative measures, it is often a popularity contest
    - Work life balance is lacking, especially in IT

    Advice to Management

    - Reward hard work and dedicated employees
    - Staff management and leadership positions with resources who are experienced and mature enough to be a leader, not just a manager
