I worked at Cintas full-time (more than 3 years)

They don't work nights or weekend, which is good. The benefits are okay but you have to pay a substantial portion of your paycheck into them each week. I took a pay cut to move to another career field yet I net more money each week.

The Port Washington, NY Branch is a joke. I was a Service Manager at that location and it was the worst experience of my life (worse than two deployments to Iraq). Most of the employees are stupid and/or lazy so a handful of people try to get everything done, which is impossible. The pay to work ratio is drastically out of portion and the whole location is set up for failure. Management acts like they care about the employees but they only care about the almighty dollar. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try actually providing the customers with the services that they pay for. Novel idea.
