HUGE company, no one recognizes you a day later even if you were just in a meeting together, upper mgmt kinda sucks because of constant reorg. Outsourcing a lot of jobs to India... not cool.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Get to ACTUALLY know your employees that come from new acquisitions.
