Generous pto allowance, good products to offer, great colleagues
Low morale in branches due to rolling red, which is a new policy where employees are written up if they don't meet their investment goal. Too many call nights and trackers. Turnover is continuing to rise as lousy policies get rolled out. They'll literally tell you what to say to your customers with daily roll plays through the computer.
Advice to Management
Get a grip on what's important; the branch employees and their well being. Not many customers are ok with a 30-45 minute chat about their finances when they only came in for a check order.
