    Pros

    Good location/ nice offices
    Good co-workers
    Interesting industry and market opportunity
    Entrepreneurial atmosphere, fast paced, dynamic.

    Cons

    Disconnected executive team - good ol' boy network. Poor strategic and financial decision making. .
    Mid/upper management under qualified for duties and responsibilities.
    Promotions based off relationships, not merit. Nepotism.
    Lack of mentors/ training to develop a career.

    Pay for talent.
    Engage in the operations and the people running day-to-day business.
