    Pros

    Wonderful company to work for. great management, Open door policy is great, Training absolutely great.
    Bonus pay is available each quarter. Great opportunity to enhance your customer service skills.

    Cons

    The company as a whole may want to advance by making sure every department is on the same accord.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    My advise to management is to continue the great work. Continue looking for ways to enhance each agent's
    skills. Push forward each year to provide balance to the work schedule by removing 30 minute lunch breaks. It is
    important that customers get awesome customer service.
