    I worked at Comverge full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great people to work with; Office culture is good for work-life balance. Goal of clean-tech a solid one.

    Cons

    Struggles to achieve unity among the various offices. Revolving door of staff. Lack to team spirit. Does not listen to tech teams' input enough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communicate goals and milestones. Fix relationships between offices. Boost employee morale. Add more accountability to positions, with authority to do the job.
