    I worked at Concentra full-time for more than a year


    Great Corporate Leadership and wonderful trainers. Everyone was wonderful and we were treated like kings when we were flown to Addison for Leadership and Center Training. I made great connections and friendships across the country. Their training and executive level members are easy to approach and will talk to you if needed. Everyone promotes and lives by the "Orange Book" standard and philosophy in a majority of the companies areas.


    I had a poor supervisor. I, along with several other Center Level Directors in our area, were bullied and harassed by our direct supervisor to the point that we had to take things to corporate. When we did we were retaliated against by our supervisor and our HR files tampered with. We had to turn this in to the Corporate level HR. Unfortunately we all quit or were let go before it could be resolved because of this Area Director's poor leadership and behavior. It was a huge let down and frustration as we loved the company, clinic staff, and those above our Area Director. From what I understand she is still employed with the company and they have continued to have ongoing issues with her management, but will not help her move on. I have still maintained relationships with staff and upper management to this day, even though my Area Director was less than appropriate. I would reccommend this company, ONLY to someone applying outside of this area director's territory.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure to listen and support complaints in a more timely and serious fashion. Create a buddy system with an Center Director that is a veteran, performs well, and is good with training. This was not provided to me despite being promised from the beginning and would have helped a lot with learning the company faster, and in dealing with account issues.
