    I have been working at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates full-time (more than 5 years)


    Known to hire new grads without any experience. Great place to gain experience but not so good for upper management. They spend a lot of time training to lose employees after a couple of years that have gained the experience and would like to make more money and see what other opportunities are out there.


    Very client driven. Difficult to develop creativity when most of the duties are based on client expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Show more support to junior staff. Clearly define their roles and responsibility and offer some incentives (pay, benefits, advancement, and bonuses) to junior staff. They are the future of the company and should be valued more.
