    I worked at Convergys full-time (more than an year)


    They are good with giving people breaks. They will usually remind you if you are still taking calls to go ahead and log off. The training is long enough for you to actually understand what to do but you have to pick it up quickly since you start to get graded later on. Team leaders always try to help their groups out so they are always trying to improve the company.


    OT is available every week but unless you are good friends with the people that send out the emails, you may get the OT list too late to sign up. You have to quickly befriend a team leader or a supervisor in order to succeed in this company, there are many "cliques." People come and go very quickly here so make sure you are following the scripts exactly since you are being graded on a consistent basis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to listen to your employees concerns a little better. Be more lenient with peoples school schedule. Give more incentives.
