    • Understaffed; More Workload w/ Little Pay Increase
    • Have To Work Weekends & Holidays
    • No Promotions, Small Annual Raises, Rare Bonuses

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take the time and initiative to listen to your employees. The staff and those assisting in providing patient care are the face value of the company and the ones carrying out the mission and values that Covenant prides itself on. They see the pros and cons of the day-to-day hustle and flow, therefore, they know what's successful and where improvements need to be made. Place value on your employees and make them feel appreciated, and one of the clearest ways to do that is to seek, listen, and evaluate their thoughts and opinions. This is Management 101 of creating and maintaining a cohesive and productive work environment. I can't think of a more critical place to have a good cultural atmosphere than a hospital.

    Better holiday pay for 3rd shift staff as well as weekends should also be reevaluated.
