I worked at Dish Network for about 2 years in tech support. Most customers you deal with are angry prior to you even answering the line, due to service issues which is understandable. So you're basically getting paid next to nothing to get yelled at by ppl all day. I'd say the only positive take-away I have is that it helped me appreciate every job I got after I left there. Wouldn't recommend.
Advice to Management
Give positive feed back, not just coaching on negative things.
