    Matching contribution to retirement plans.

Lack of diversity in several departments. Management are clueless and ride the backs of the actual employees doing the work. Clique oriented departments. No room for advancements. Purposefully sabotage performance reviews to keep underappreciated and talented performers from attaining proper pay increases in relation to work performed. Business team lunches are nothing more than a cover-up for dining and boozing on the company's dime. Worse, sick time off policy ever.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't crap on the people making you look good! Show some appreciation and stop taking the credit for something you didn't do. A little appreciation goes a long way!
