    Great Benefits
    Open Collaboration between employees
    Great Work-Life Balance
Environment can be casual, depending on your job duties. Dell has just about any type of work in the technology field that you can think of to make sure that things don't get stale after a while.

Company size can sometimes create unnecessary roadblocks, especially to a new employee at first. There are a number of layers of people to get through to get to the person that you need to fix an issue you might have. After you are there for a while, you become better accustomed of who to ask.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maintain the flex time scheduling and remote work options. If there is some way to better organize a search listing of who does what in the organization, that would be extremely beneficial. Not sure if possible with the size of the company.
