Good company, very flexible work life balance. In general lower management wants employees to be happy.

There is a serious focus on outsourcing and reducing headcount cost. Upper management is slow to execute on projects that will increase sales but fast to cut headcount. Executive level management relies on consultants for analysis of business often is unneeded.

    Advice to Management

Stop paying consultants for work your internal talent can do. In general you know what needs to change pay your employees in software rewards for being effective and think of the customers first instead of offshouring jobs.
