    Pros

Very amicable and relaxed atmosphere. Many engineers & technicians wear jeans and tennis shoes every day. Although I have been in the industry for several years I feel that I am constantly learning and growing in my career.

    Cons

Documentation. It is always out of date, unreliable, or lacking. This is okay though. I have yet to discover an organization with consistently good documentation.

    Advice to Management

I would recommend trying to encourage more team work rather than individual metrics. I understand the importance of recognizing stellar individual performance but a team is only as strong as the weakest link.
