I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts as an intern (less than an year)

A lot of power you have to make magical moments for guests, makes sure you know you are appreciated and part of the team! Most Managers are amazing and they can really make or break your experience. College Program cast members can sometimes be more enthusiastic then other employees.

Getting time off isn't too bad if you plan ahead, they have very strict tardiness and absence policies. They are a pretty strict company overall. The pay isn't that great. In food and beverage you make between $7.00-$8.00 and in Entertainment a bit more as a part timer

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Although things are strict I believe that it's all for the best, I think working on paying a little more.
