    Pros

    Constant interaction with people High turn over rate, having to constantly interview and hire Overwhelming amount to do within an unrealistic time frame Police presence is a must due to everyday shoplifting and robberies Extremely underpaid in all position levels Job constantly threatened by above store management Salary paid work no less then 55+ hours weekly No appreciation from upper management

    Advice to Management

    I suggest you take better care of your people. Externals are paid substantially higher than internal promotes. Women managers are paid less than male employees. Employee retention will always be an issue when you only pay your sales associates and key holders minimum wage for the amount of work they do. Overworking your store managers regularly past their required salary without compensation is also against the law. Assistant pay has dropped nearly $2 in a year. There needs to have full time security guards in ALL stores. Due to the constant turnover in management in these stores, it makes them a breeding ground for theft. Not supplying your store with the proper amount of hours to have the proper amount of staff daily leaves your stores open to being robbed regularly. No one should have to go to work and deal with that type of environment.
