    I worked at Duff & Phelps as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    Nice office, decent technology to work with, lots of cool people to work with and nice break rooms.

    Cons

    Long hours, low wages, management was unwilling to do their job and did not keep agreements made with temporary workers

    Treat your lowest tier employees like they matter to you and you will have better retention rates
