    I have been working at EPIQ Systems as a contractor (more than an year)


    The compensation was average for a document review job. However, there was a small bonus structure in place for the amount of hours worked in a year.


    Management was unresponsive most of the time. Out of 10 people who emailed our contact only 1 person would get a response regarding snow days, hours paid. A co-worker did not get a reply from her notice that she was leaving the job. Also, there was a continued promise of overtime (they kept posting for additional employees the job with overtime) when they new from the beginning that the client would not pay overtime and hours were capped.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be responsive to your employees, especially the ones working long-term contracts. Be aware of signs when morale is low since many jumped ship for a extra $1/hour.
