I have been working at EY full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Salary is good, client base is diverse, which leads you to be a "jack of all trades", but a master of none.

    Cons

Way too many. Review process is inherently flawed, since staff are subject to the whims of their seniors. As in my case, a senior provided me positive feedback onto to screw me in the review process. I found that the least intelligent people I worked with are still there; this is due to the fact that the people who weren't that smart took the verbal abuse and skirted the rules when appropriate. If you're smart, you're a threat, and they try to force you out so you don't ruffle any feathers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the review process. Allow more feedback from staff so they don't get disenchanted.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
