Former Employee - Audit Senior in Redwood City, CA

I worked at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good reputation and which leads to more career opportunities after becoming a senior Plenty of learning opportunities

    Cons

Review system flawed, as employees are reviewed based off others with same position, yet different clients. No work life balance, it all can depend on the clients that you get put on By automatically promoting people, there are times where you have a supervisor with no management skills and who do not teach and share knowledge properly

    Advice to Management

Revise review system, and scheduling so staff/seniors not on big jobs don't constantly get the short end of the stick
