    Pros

    Looks good on applications for medical school and PA school.

    Cons

    if it's busy, you are expected to just not take a break for your entire shift. Even if it is not busy, you are not expected to take your full half hour break. You also are expected to work both morning and night shifts within the same week if needed, which can be difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Check on your CIMs. They are not always treated very well and have a difficult time taking breaks at many different sites.
