    Reactive and slow moving product. Communication of strategy and vision isn't great. Quality can suffer due to need for speed release of features.

    Advice to Management

    Lead don't follow. Take more risks. Execute things well without cutting corners. Communicate strategy to all teams and figure out how everyone can enable change.
