    I have been working at Exterran full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great company, great people. If you work hard, there will be always a person from management team to notice your effort. Work schedule can be adjusted to fit your needs. Opportunity is always there as long as you put an effort to achieve your goals and dreams. People are very friendly. Company participates in a lot of public events.

    Cons

    There will be always a person or a group of people complaining about things with no solid reason, which kind of annoying and affects rest of the team performance. Not sure if there is something can be done about that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try to keep good people in the company as hard as you can so they will not pursue another job opportunity just because of slightly higher paycheck.
