Innovative and challenging work. There are always opportunities to learn new things and build your personal skill set. Work life balance and flexibility are key reasons I'm still with the company. They offer flexibility that cannot be beat.

Very limited career growth, raises are capped at 10% of your salary. HR red tape is detrimental to individual departments trying to keep their talent satisfied. The benefits are far too expensive for what you get. Look into buying a personal plan before you enroll in ESS benefits program, you will find a better price.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review HR practices and policies. We've had a lot of turnover within the company over the last year because department heads have limited control over their employees careers.
