    Pros

    -Sense of duty, intelligence of coworkers, and knowledge about intelligence gained.
    -Work/life balance is good.
    -Exciting day-to-day job with great rewards.

    Cons

    -Bureaucracy at its finest.
    -Little head room for advancement at times.
    -Long commutes depending on where you live.
    -Alwayd on your toes to talk to others about what you do.
