    Pros

great environment. fun. awesome management team. fantastic benefits and good life and work balance. flexible supportive very much a team company

    Cons

pay should be higher considering the stress level and skills required to be successful. Bonuses are good but hard to get. opportunities within should be advertised more.

    Advice to Management

more focus should be pl;aced on staff retention than hiring and training new reps. tenured associates make less than new hires.
