    I have been working at Fiserv

    Pros

    - Ability to learn with the best of technologies on the current market.
    - Job infrastructure is always changing.

    Cons

    - Due to the current mergers and how the market currently is not much is said or addressed on the employee level.
    - Upper management does not communicate well with each other.
    - People do not get paid what they are worth.
    - Some upper level people with much experience leave for numerous negative reasoning.
    - Comp. package could be a lot better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Start investing in the employees
    - Have an open mind and ear for what your peers are telling you. They are disgruntled for a reason.
    - Communicate with the employees changes whether it be drastic or minute.
