I have been working at Fuze full-time (less than an year)

There were some bright people; the compensation and benefits were on the positive side.

The company is too small for such bloody politics - ruined culture and values. Every department wants to lead its own way. There's completely no strategy and for a company that helps others collaborate, does not understand what true collaboration is. People running product are useless, they think they know everything to do with the industry. In reality, they are baffling and beating around to identify what we should build. For engineering this is a big challenge to keep with the product team. Engineers are not respected well and are often cornered by the product team. The product team thinks it has real skin in the game, but they have no clue what they are doing. Their job is to push and drive people crazy. This speaks to how the company is doing now...all the people - good engineers, good ux, good product are gone and it's not a surprise that this company is failing.
