    Pros

Plenty of opportunities for rotation. The company also offers continuing education for professional license holders. People friendly and profound opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

Large company and can easily get locked into the wrong group for your career advancement. Becomes increasingly difficult to advance and grow if the group you're assigned to is not growth friendly

    Advice to Management

Close the disconnect between top management and the guy that does the day to day work. It's a large company but this can be done by encouraging folks to speak regardless of rank so real changes can be implemented.
