I have been working at HPS full-time (more than 3 years)

HPS in some cases offers competitive Salary and Pay. However Grueling Working conditions and Benefits SUCK.

Benefits Suck, only got 2 weeks vacation when I was offered 3 weeks during negotiation; Minimum Number paid Holidays, and ripped me off on Commissions and Bonus after working 600+ hrs overtime.

Lack ethics at management layers, no Raises when committed to by HR Lady in public forum meeting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a Clue, you can only burn through so many employees before the work gets out.....
HPS management attitudes flow down from top. Some Attitudes treat Tech Employees as Disposable.
Run Staff too lean until burn out. Then Management took bug $$ Bonuses and hosed the lower managers.
Think they a mom & pop shop.. The CIO should not be making technical decisions as hes more like a sales guy.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
