Able to work on a wide range of technologies while working with a lot of great people. I've been able to work on programs for ground systems all the way to the next satellite constellation that will monitor air traffic.

Tired of getting moved from one "top" program to the next. They leave no breathing room between programs and will work people into the ground. Some programs are managed well, management rewards hard work and you feel part of a team. Other programs (too many unfortunately) aren't managed well, there is a strong feeling of customer and management vs engineering. It becomes depressing working so hard for folks that don't appreciate it as well as seeing your fellow co-workers just as depressed.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to start really looking at how hard they are working folks. They move their top performers from one "tough" job to the next, burning them out. Lately it seems more and more people talk about being over worked, under paid and under appreciated.
