    I worked at Hertz full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Lots of young people. I enjoyed working as a team. Good place for an entry level person who wants to learn sales and operations.

    Cons

    Management told all higher level employees that they need to right positive reviews on this site. Very reactive company. They follow what the competition does and the Off Airport market has been going downhill.

    Empower your employees. Pay the monthly bonuses on time.
