I have been working at Hertz full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Hertz branding is still strong it is still my favorite car rental company

    Cons

It is a complete mess right now

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I moved from New Jersey to keep my job at hertz, my house is still for sale can't sell it. Renting in Fort Myers. And I hated here. High ranked people in the company are allowed to commute and hertz pays for travel that is so unfair!! The new CEO is trying to cut costs but in the wrong places. They need to listen to the people that have been there forever. We were saying for years the old CEO was making mistakes. The new CFO also needs to go, he has no idea what car rental is about. Same type of guy as old ceo. I believe the new CEO's intentions are good. But board members you need to listen to your people more often and don't let high ranked people commute from different states, while I'm struggling financially because I'm paying for a mortgage and a rental home. What am I getting for my loyalty to the company??

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
