    Pros

    Good environment to be in everyday. Managers of all levels are accessible. Recurrent training is keeping you fresh when selling. Great bonus potential

    Cons

    A pressure to sell. Some sales goals to hit bonus may seem out of reach.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Think easier goals and with less payout maybe. Employees want to feel like they're winning.
