    Fast paced. I was able to quickly advance to management positions. You get a car and salary once you hit location manager.


    Bonus structure is bogus. Even when you increase revenue, unexpected costs (which no one can explain!) can prevent you from profiting which prevents you from receiving a bonus.

    Management is inconsistent. Seems like initiatives change daily. One moment you must focus on one thing like your life depends on it, the very next day they will change their mind and focus on something else.

    Advice to Management

    Fix the bonus system on the management level. Location managers, area managers and general managers should be able to look at their operating statement and know exactly what their bonus will be.
